How will my items be shipped?

All ready to ship items will be shipped via USPS First-Class Mail within 1-3 business days and will include tracking. Your package should arrive in 3-5 business days once shipped. Orders over $200 will receive a free upgrade to priority shipping. Please allow more time during the holiday season.

Do you offer international shipping?

I do offer international shipping at checkout! Please send an email to virgajewelry@gmail.com if you have trouble completing an international order.

Do you offer local pickup?

I do! If you are local to the Charleston, SC area you can select ‘local pickup’ at checkout. Please send me an email or message via instagram on when you’d like to pickup your order.

How long do ‘Made To Order’ items take?

All ‘Made To Order’ items are custom made to your selected size and shipped within 7-10 business days.

Do you accept returns?

I will gladly accept returns on items within 7 days of receiving your purchase (customer is responsible for return shipping). ‘Made To Order’ purchases will be refunded for store credit.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Sterling silver jewelry will occasionally need to be polished with a silver polishing cloth. For jewelry with stone settings, use a soft toothbrush or microfiber cloth and natural dish soap to gently clean around the stone. When polishing items with patina (darkening agent) exercise caution as the patina can polish off.
